As a 4th generation owner of Pattillo Construction Corporation, Bree Pattillo possesses all the core strengths of the family leadership that came before her and an enduring passion for the business. Under her guidance, the company enjoys an exceptionally strong management team with a combined 17 decades of construction experience. Bree’s value system is uncompromising in selecting and keeping construction professionals of the highest integrity and character within the industry. Her knowledge, skill set, and decades of experience support an enthusiastic, fully engaged staff which is the backbone of the company.
An MBA from Citadel, a General Contractor’s License, and LEED AP certified are only a few of her qualifications.
Bree has deep roots in Georgia, having grown up in the Tucker area. She currently resides in Atlanta with her husband and two children where they enjoy a busy life full of fulfilling work, philanthropic activities, school activities, and a bit of travel.

As a key member of the Leadership Team, Marc is responsible for all financial functions of the company as well as Human Resources, Information Technology, Risk Management, and Surety. The 15 years’ experience he gained in the financial sector for a wide range of construction disciplines including commercial, industrial, and residential construction serve him well in this role.
A Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science with a Major in Audit and a concentration in Information Systems, both earned at the University of Florida, are a few qualifications. Marc is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Marc resides in the Dunwoody area with his wife and their daughter where they enjoy a very active lifestyle. In his spare time he enjoys a variety of sports including Ice Hockey, where his toddler daughter is his emphatic fan. For fun, he has run the Tough Mudder obstacle courses and has also completed an Ironman Triathlon.
Vice President – Business Development
John Drake has been with the Pattillo family of companies for over twenty years. John has had many roles including Director of Leasing and Marketing, Director of Speculative Construction and Business Development. He has developed speculative buildings and has completed over 30 build to suit projects throughout the Southeast. John has been negotiating leases/contracts and working with brokers on a daily basis since 1996. John is responsible for Pattillo Construction Corporation business development efforts in the southeast with the focus of establishing, maintaining and cultivating relationships with brokers, developers, past customers, communities and state economic development groups.
John began his professional career in the Atlanta office of Taylor & Mathis. He is a licensed real estate salesperson and is a member of Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR), National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals (NAIOP), and Society of Industrial Office Realtors (SIOR). He is involved in numerous real estate and civic organizations such as Georgia Economic Development Association (GEDA), Decatur Rotary Club (Membership Chair), Decatur Downtown Development Authority Board (Vice-Chair) Northeast Georgia Friends of Scouting Campaign (Chair), and is an active member and Elder of Decatur Presbyterian Church.
John is married and has three children. He is active in coaching basketball, baseball, and soccer and enjoys playing softball and golf.
John received his undergraduate degree in Political Economy and Philosophy from Wofford College.

Vice President Construction Operations
Leon is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the project team. He is involved from preconstruction thru close-out and ensures that all contractual commitments are met. He also is responsible for developing and implementing the project approach, schedule, budget and quality assurance plans. Leon’s experience includes managing subcontractors, field personnel and internal team members for a variety of construction projects, including new construction and renovations. He serves as the daily point of contact for the owner, architect, subcontractors and vendors to ensure that all facets of the project team work together to achieve the end goal of a safe and successful project.

David has been a key member of Pattillo since 1972. David Brazell brings in-depth, hands on knowledge to Business Development in the company. His extensive network in the industry may have him checking in with a jobsite superintendent in the morning, actively participating in an Economic Development panel in the afternoon, and meeting a potential client for dinner.
His experience has included field superintendent, project management, and process improvement implementation. David’s knowledge of the true value Pattillo Construction Corporation brings to a project is unsurpassed. David earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
Having raised four children in Peachtree Corners, GA, David and his wife spent many a weekend shuttling their girls to volleyball tournaments and their sons to skeet shooting events including the U.S. Jr. Olympic International Skeet Team! Today, they enjoy spending some quieter time together while three children are still in college and one began a successful career. Weekends now are spent with good barbecue and friends.
Director- Special Projects & Interiors
As the Business Unit Leader for Interiors at Pattillo Construction Corporation, Danny Morris serves his customers with 30 years of construction management experience. Danny assures that all Interiors’ project activities from business development, bid submittals, design, value engineering, safety, build out, turnover, to client satisfaction are all completed in full satisfaction of the agreement with our customer and in accordance with the vision, mission, and values of Pattillo Construction.
Danny has extensive experience and expertise in managing and scheduling industrial, retail, and commercial projects of all sizes and has built strong relationships with both clients and subcontractors. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and is a steadfast Bulldog fan.
He and his wife reside in the McDonough area and enjoy a life rich in travel and family.
As the Director of Preconstruction, David Turner brings the benefits of 26 years in the construction industry. His experience includes industrial projects as well as retail, timeshare, office, higher-education, condo, and large mixed-use projects. David has also been involved in several “Avenue Lifestyle” retail centers around the southeast, Mall of Georgia, and recent renovations at Lenox Mall. His strength in conceptual estimating has been an asset to developers and architects alike while partnering with them in the early stages of their projects. He is accustomed to the design-build approach and helping our clients get the maximum value from their investment.
While in high school, David held a strong interest in architecture and was selected to study for 6 weeks at the prestigious Georgia Governor’s Honors Program in the Design Category. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree at Georgia Southern College, graduating Magna Cum Laude in Construction Management.
An Atlanta native, David was raised in the construction industry helping his parents build their residences and working with a contractor each summer while in school. Currently residing in Decatur, David enjoys home remodeling projects and travel.
