Project Director

Bringing over 13 years of construction industry experience, EC has developed a dynamic & collaborative dynamic leadership style by effectively working through an array of projects in collaboration with all team members, including architects, engineers, developers, inspectors, city officials and owners. As Project Director for the Carolinas division, EC provides executive oversight for Pattillo’s second office location in Greenville, SC and he is also responsible for providing oversight to successfully deliver maximum value and quality on each project in that area. His management responsibilities encompass all aspects of contract administration, developing and implementing safety and security programs; scheduling and cost control systems; controlling and minimizing non-reimbursable costs; developing and maintaining a harmonious relationship with the client’s local community; and conducting business in a professional and ethical manner. EC’s achievements include a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management with a minor in Business Management from Georgia Southern University and he is a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Georgia & Carolinas Chapters. In addition, he is a Licensed General Contractor in Florida and certified in OSHA 30, Silica, and CPR / First Aid & AED / Blood borne Pathogens.

Project Director

Encompassing over 35 years of construction industry experience, Kris plays an essential role cohesively providing leadership oversight for interiors and special projects. As Project Director, Kris is responsible for focusing on project management and pre-construction estimating with an expertise on ground-up, interior renovation, interior build-out and special project primarily for industrial, commercial, and retail markets. He has the unique ability to add great value in both disciplines. Kris is adept at value-engineering and running fast track programs on several projects at a time. In addition, Kris’s background in accounting leverages his ability to assist with auditing financial reports and cost analysis providing clients with a unique expertise in project cost and quality control management.

Kris’s achievements include a Bachelor’s degree from Hiram College in Business with a concentration in Management & Accounting and an involved member of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Georgia Chapter. Kris also has obtained safety credentials in CPR / First Aid / AED, OSHA 10 and silica.

Project Director

With more than 23 years of experience in the construction industry, Jeremy has effectively worked on an array of projects in collaboration with all team members, including architects, engineers, developers, inspectors, city officials and owners. As project director, he is ultimately responsible for the success of the project. His management experience encompasses all aspects of contract administration, developing and implementing safety and security programs; scheduling and cost control systems; controlling and minimizing non-reimbursable costs; developing and maintaining a harmonious relationship with the client’s local community; and conducting business in a professional and ethical manner.

Jeremy’s achievements include a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management and Technology from Pittsburg State University and involvement as a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Georgia Chapter, as well as received safety credentials for CPR / First Aid & AED / Bloodborne Pathogens, OSHA 10 and silica safety training certificates.

Director of Preconstruction

David holds over 31 years of experience in construction management and estimating with a focus on design-build projects. As Director of Preconstruction, David is responsible for developing conceptual estimates and managing them through the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and construction document estimating stages. He is also involved with the buyout of materials by coordinating with the operations personnel and subcontractors/suppliers. By utilizing his unique ability to effectively collaborate and communicate between both the owner and the project team David is an expert on implementing value-engineering efforts to ensure the most cost effective solution is achieved.

David’s achievements include a USGBC LEED AP BD+C certification, a Bachelor’s in Building Construction Technology from Georgia Southern University and is an involved member of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Georgia Chapter.

Business Development │ Interiors & Special Projects

As Business Development Leader for the Interiors & Special Projects Division, Danny is responsible for all project activity including business development, bid submittals, design, value engineering, safety, build-out and successfully deliver a quality project on-time and within budget that exceeds client expectations. Attaining over 35 years of construction management experience and 25 years of employment with the Pattillo Family, Danny has become an expert in providing management and coordination of interiors, renovations/expansions, industrial, corporate, retail and commercial projects of all sizes, building a large network of relationships with both clients and subcontractors.

Danny’s achievements include a Bachelor’s in Finance from the University of Georgia and is a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Georgia Chapter.

Owner │ Chief Executive Officer

Bree Pattillo continues to grow the family legacy as fourth generation owner of Pattillo Construction through her passion for the construction industry and innate leadership abilities upheld by each family leader before her. Holding over 20 years of construction experience and an MBA from Citadel University, Bree provides exceptional oversight and leadership management for a team of experts utilizing her unique collaborative management style and uncompromising value system to only employ professionals of the highest integrity and character within the industry. Bree’s construction knowledge and skill-set encompassed with her extensive experience give her the ability to support the company’s backbone, an enthusiastic, fully engaged staff. Under her guidance the company has received diversity designation as a certified Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBENC) and continues to grow and innovate the Pattillo Construction tradition for many years to come.

Bree’s achievements also include a USGBC LEED AP BD+C certification, a General Contractor’s license in 6 states, alumni of Leadership Georgia, a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Georgia Chapter and a supporter for numerous educational non-profit organizations in the United States and Costa Rica.

Business Development │ Carolinas Division

Holding 22 years of construction industry experience, Mac is responsible for business development efforts in the Carolinas with a focus on building the Pattillo Construction brand to expand our presence within strategic industrial, manufacturing and commercial market sectors. He is a Carolinas native and utilizes his local knowledge & resources to cohesively strengthen his existing long-term relationships as well as leverage his ability to successfully network and develop new relationships with Developers, Owners, Architects, and Engineers. Mac’s ability to establish transparent, collaborative partnerships, enabling his ability to target, manage and close prospect opportunities into projects.

Mac’s achievements include a Bachelor’s degree from Francis Marion University, he is an active member of South Carolina Economic Development Association (SCEDA), REAL Professionals, Southern Economic Development Council (SEDC), OEA, and the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Carolinas Chapter. Mac is also involved in community charitable groups including Make a Wish, Hope Foundation and the American Cancer Society.
