King’s Hawaiian Bakery Food/Pharmaceutical

What began as a small family bakery in Honolulu, soon made its way across the pacific to California, then expanded to the east coast in Georgia. The new King’s Hawaiian bakery in Flowery Branch continues the family tradition of producing high quality bread products on a large scale with its new food-grade facility which is being constructed to better serve the eastern United States. The building houses the latest equipment and employs unique processes for mixing, proofing, baking, quality control, and packaging of the product.

Pattillo provided full Design+Build services including programming, building design, production of pricing documents, cost estimating, code review and analysis, complete A+E design with civil/structural/MEP partners, coordination with King’s Hawaiian plant engineers and equipment vendors, construction documents, permit plans and submission, computer modeling and rendering, construction.
