 2007 Industrial Project of the Year
Pattillo's NorthPoint development was selected as the 2007 Industrial Project of the Year by the northeast Florida NAIOP chapter members. Primary to NorthPoint's success was the completion of an 815,000 SF design build project for Sears Logistics Services.
Nathan Rogers of CBRE represented Sears Logistic Services and earned recognition for closing the NAIOP Industrial Deal of the Year, as well.
